Remember: There IS an updated food pyramid, quite different from what we were told as children - its not as healthy as we thought to carb load, eat nearly no sweets and/or go meat meat meat!
The best thing to do is to eat what's right for your body, "in moderation" combined with appropriate exercise & an overall healthy lifestyle!
